Debbie Bibber, Owner

As the founder of AB Universal Messaging, I’m proud to say this business has been a lifelong passion. After graduating from Fordham University, I entered the telecommunications industry over 50 years ago. My journey began with traditional telephone services and evolved in the 1960s when I transitioned into professional call answering and business phone answering services. With more than 39 years of experience managing answering operations, I fulfilled my dream by launching AB Universal Messaging 15 years ago.

Our mission has always been clear: deliver the best answering services with a family-first approach. I believe in creating a warm, supportive work atmosphere while offering high-quality virtual answering services that meet the highest standards. I stay on the leading edge of this ever-evolving industry by actively participating in ATSI, ASTAA, WSTA, CAMx, and TUNe conferences. I’ve proudly served as past president of the TUNe user group and as VP and trustee for the ATSI Education Fund.

Outside of work, I cherish every moment with my children—Bernadette, Christopher, Alex, and Kevin—and especially my granddaughter, Charleigh Siobhan. Whether I’m managing the business or enjoying a quiet day with family, I always keep the same philosophy close to heart: every call counts—because every caller deserves to feel heard.


Chris Bibber, Owner

With a strong background in telecommunications and a hands-on understanding of technical operations, I make sure AB Universal Messaging runs smoothly every single day. My career in business phone answering services began in high school and later expanded during my studies at Stevens University, where I honed my expertise in telecommunication systems.

As the technology lead at AB Universal Messaging, I ensure our virtual answering services remain reliable, cutting-edge, and fully optimized. From seamless call routing to custom script integrations, I troubleshoot and solve any issues so our clients experience uninterrupted, professional service. Our ability to offer scalable and dependable call answering services is what makes AB thrive in today’s competitive business world.

Outside the office, I recharge by biking, working out, cooking, traveling, and gaming. My goal is simple—keep AB Universal Messaging at the forefront of the best answering services nationwide.


Sarah Bibber, HR Manager

Sarah is a versatile professional with a unique blend of experience in human resources management and behavioral analysis. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at AB Universal Messaging in Neptune City, NJ, Sarah is responsible for overseeing operator scheduling and recruitment, contributing to the smooth operations of a high-demand communications service.

Prior to transitioning into HR, Sarah spent several years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), working in both educational and healthcare settings. From 2020 to 2024, she served at Hawkswood School in Eatontown, NJ, where she conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developed individualized behavior intervention plans for students. Previous roles at Centria Healthcare and Friends of Cyrus further refined her expertise in behavior support planning and therapeutic implementation.

With a career rooted in both compassionate care and operational efficiency, Sarah brings a unique perspective to workplace dynamics, employee support, and behavior-driven problem solving.


Erin H., General Manager

As General Manager of AB Universal Messaging, I proudly oversee our daily operations, from staff to client relationships, ensuring our call answering services exceed expectations. With a BA in Psychology from Georgian Court University and over 17 years of hands-on experience, I lead with compassion, strategy, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.

I’ve always loved helping others, which is why I’m so passionate about our business phone answering and virtual receptionist solutions. I take great pride in the relationships I’ve built with our long-time clients and new businesses looking for reliable virtual answering services. My team is stronger than ever, and I’m truly excited about the innovation and growth ahead.

Off the clock, I enjoy time with my three daughters, my husband, and loved ones. Whether I’m dancing in the kitchen or leading the charge at AB, I believe in giving every moment—and every call—my all.


Tina G., Manager

With over 21 years in the answering service industry, and 11 of those with AB Universal Messaging, I bring experience and adaptability to every call. My role is centered on creating custom scripting solutions for clients across industries—from healthcare to legal and everything in between.

As the lead scripter, I help businesses tailor their call answering services to their exact needs, ensuring every message reflects their brand and professionalism. I enjoy the challenge of working with unique accounts and crafting personalized solutions that enhance our virtual answering services.

When I’m not at AB, I’m spending time with my two wonderful children and my grandson. I also love to cook and design themed cakes, bringing creativity to both my kitchen and my work.


Tracy D., Manager

With 34 years in the call answering industry, I’ve developed a deep passion for what we do at AB Universal Messaging. Before joining this amazing team, I managed an answering service for over a decade, and I now continue my journey here by improving client interactions and team operations every day.

I love talking with the offices we support through our business phone answering services, and I’m always exploring new ways to improve our system for even greater efficiency. Building strong relationships with both clients and staff is at the heart of my role.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy quality time with my three children and grandchild, going to the beach, and watching football. For me, AB Universal isn’t just a job—it’s a family. Life is short, and I believe in enjoying every single moment, on and off the phones.


Christine F., Manager

With over 25 years of experience running my own business, I understand the true value of excellent customer care—and that’s why I love what I do at AB Universal Messaging. I hold a business degree from Trenton State and bring that entrepreneurial mindset to our call answering and virtual receptionist services every day.

Whether it’s answering for law firms, contractors, or medical offices, I enjoy connecting with callers and ensuring our virtual answering service reflects the quality and professionalism our clients expect. I also contribute to training and tracking stats to help new operators grow into their roles.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband Eddie, my mom, and our golden doodle, Abby. Whether it’s spending time with family or winning a game of “cookie jam,” I bring the same energy and care to everything I do.


Jill S., Manager

Although I joined AB Universal Messaging in 2020, I bring more than 28 years of experience in the call center and customer service industries. I’m also COPC certified, having worked as a Quality Assurance and Reporting Manager before joining AB. I now use that expertise to train, coach, and mentor our call agents to deliver some of the best answering services available.

My main focus is onboarding, training, and ensuring our virtual answering operators meet the highest standards in professionalism and reliability. The team here is incredible—from the owners to the operators—and I feel proud to be part of a company that treats every call with purpose and care.

When I’m not ensuring AB clients get top-tier support, I love spending time with my two sons, enjoying the beach, jet skiing, or relaxing by the fire pit.


Julia, Manager

Julia has been in the answering service industry since 2000 and with AB Universal since 2021. A wonderful and newest addition to our team, Julia has an amazing relationship with our clients and staff, as well as a fine attention to detail when it comes to onboarding clients and staff. She is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a BA in Sociology and a Masters in counseling which has come in handy in this industry.

When she is not working, Julia enjoys spending time with her family. Julia also enjoys a good cup of coffee and a good book.
